Become a Head Volunteer

Volunteers play a crucial role in every social welfare organization. We, at Saaya, value our volunteers dearly and appreciate the time and effort they have dedicated for our cause. Saaya aims to accomplish a great deal in the foreseeable future for which our Head Volunteers are of cardinal significance.

Head Volunteers are Dow (Dow Medical College and Dow Dental College) students that serve as the backbone in making every campaign and donation drive successful and help us achieve our goals in every event. The roles and responsibilities of Head Volunteers are as follow;

To strengthen our volunteer program by;
- Serving as a bridge between Volunteers and Official Volunteer Force.
- Creating an environment that fosters both growth and learning among our volunteers.
- To bring any underlying issues faced by volunteers to light.
- Expand Saaya’s volunteer pool by inspiring fellow batch mates to sign-up.
To strengthen our marketing by:
- Sharing posts on their personal profiles
- Sharing posts on their Batch WhatsApp groups
- Promoting our cause via influencers, bloggers, and potential leads.
To spread our mission of elevating the healthcare status by:
- Bringing in new ideas that could potentially help us achieve our mission of Healthy Pakistan.
- Taking a lead role in volunteers’ management during our Awareness campaigns.
- Support awareness campaigns by promoting volunteer recruitment.
To strengthen our donation drives by:
- Serving as a lead authority in our donation drives.
- Inspire people to support our fundraisers.
- Conduct fund raisers in their respective batches.
To support our distribution drives by:
- Serving as a lead authority in our donation drives.
- Inspiring people to sign-up as volunteers
- Bringing innovative ideas to help us target maximum audience
To help us bring more collaborations by:
- Reaching out to companies and institutions via any personal references (Only if available)
- Presenting the very best image of Saaya at any organization’s events and activities
